Poster Presentation Guidelines
1) Poster Specifications
Posters must be no larger than 90 cm (35 in) wide × 120 cm (47 in) high and must be in portrait orientation.
- Poster presenters are responsible for printing their posters.
- Poster boards and display materials (tape, scissors, etc.) will be provided by the conference.
- Each poster board will be labeled with an assigned poster number. Poster numbers will be provided later.
- Volunteers at the Poster Service Desk can help you locate your poster board and provide tape and scissors.
- Posters must be put up before the start of the poster session.
2) Poster Presentation Information
ICPS2026 will provide a dedicated poster area for authors to present their research.

- Location: Along the foyer outside the Grand Ballroom on the 3rd Floor
- Session: 12:00–14:00 on October 16 and 17, 2026

Best Poster Award
ICPS 2026 will invite experts to form a panel of judges. The judges will review the posters and communicate with the authors during the poster sessions. The final results of the review will be announced on October 18, 2026 during the Closing Ceremony.
3) Reminders
- The poster boards are 2.5 m high and 1 m wide. To ensure optimal visibility, please keep your poster within the recommended dimensions.
- During the poster sessions, please remain at your poster to discuss your work with participants.
- Please note that the Poster Service Desk will not collect or store posters that are not removed by the poster removal deadline. If you wish to keep your poster after the conference, please make sure to remove it before the deadline.
